Counselling
Are you feeling anxious, worried, low in mood, or struggling with self-esteem? You don’t have to face these challenges alone.
Counselling can support you in exploring what’s going on and finding ways to manage difficulties so you can feel more at ease with yourself and make the most of your life. Karin Noyce has worked with people experiencing anxiety, depression, loss, low confidence, family and relationship difficulties for many years, as well as those who have lived through trauma or abuse. She supports both adults and young people aged 11–18 years old.
Karin Noyce’s training includes a Diploma in Humanistic Counselling, a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Studies and Skills, and a Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People. As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, she works within their Ethical Framework to ensure you always feel safe, respected, and understood.
Whether you’re looking for short-term support or longer-term therapy, Karin can offer you a confidential, non-judgmental space to talk and begin making positive changes. If you’d like to find out more, please get in touch for a free initial conversation.
