Psychology

Clinical psychology focuses on supporting you through whatever challenges you may be facing, whether that’s stress, anxiety, depression, difficulties with relationships, or adjusting to health and life changes.

Clinical psychology can help if you are dealing with anxiety, depression, or addictive behaviours, adjusting to physical illness, living with neurological conditions, or supporting a child with developmental or behavioural difficulties. It’s also helpful for individuals and families with relationship struggles or the impact of long-term mental health challenges.

No matter your situation, Clinical Psychologist Vicky Lee aims to provide a safe, understanding space where you feel heard and supported. Together, you can work towards easing the difficulties you’re facing and finding ways to help you cope, heal, and thrive.

You will begin by taking the time to really understand your experiences. Through conversations and, when useful, questionnaires or observations, to create a clear picture of what you’re going through. From there, Vicky can tailor therapy to your needs, drawing on a variety of evidence-based approaches rather than a “one-size-fits-all” method. Your work together is always guided by what feels most helpful for you.
