Somatic Yoga: 6-week course

This practice is deeply restorative and nurturing, a space to unwind, breathe, and come home to yourself. It can help ease physical discomfort, calm the mind, and support a balanced, more relaxed way of being, both on and off the mat.
Yin Yoga: 6-week course
Join Debra for this 6-week Yin yoga course, suitable for beginners and for those who are currently practising yoga or enjoy a gym-based workout. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced and meditative style of yoga that emphasises holding poses for longer periods of time, typically between 3 to 5 minutes or even up to 20 minutes. The focus is on stretching the connective tissues in the body, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia, rather than targeting the muscles like other forms of yoga.
