Welcome to Shanti Rooms
Hi, I’m Debra. It’s good to have you here. My dream has always been to create a community hub where people can come together, connect, make friends, rest, relax, rejuvenate, breathe and heal. to create a space where people feel seen, heard and valued.
Shanti Rooms is that dream
Why not come and join us and find out for yourself? I believe, now, more. than ever, we need to find our tribe, to have a place we can go to where we feel we belong and can speak our truth. At Shanti Rooms, you will experience unforgettable moments of joy, whether that’s through our yoga classes or treating yourself to one of our alternative holistic treatments to support your health and wellbeing.
There’s a real sense of community and spirit here. We welcome different speakers, talks and workshops to bring a broad experience of wellbeing through a variety of different styles of teaching. We offer a range of different classes, including yoga with weights, resistance band work, breathing and meditation classes. Our workshops include life coaching, guest teachers, healing, energy work and sound healing. There’s something for everyone.

What people are saying…
“Debs has created a wonderful, peaceful, safe, inclusive space at the aptly named Shanti Rooms. I walk in stiff and stressed and walk out of the sessions feeling loose-limbed, calm and light. Debs is a brilliant teacher, supportive, knowledgeable and always adapts my one-to-one class according to what my body and mind need on the day. I love the range of classes and events that she hosts and of course, the wonderful retreats!”

"Shanti Rooms is a haven of tranquillity. Just stepping through the door is something else, the attention to detail makes you feel miles away from the chaos. Debbie’s restorative yoga helped me drop into a level of relaxation I just can’t get to on my own. And honestly, that’s priceless. Stress is everywhere these days – it’s probably at the root of most of the health issues we’re facing in the modern world. So finding a space like this, where you can properly switch off and reset, feels essential.”
