This 5-week journey aims to increase self-awareness, self-love, compassion and happiness. And rid you of negative energy and mindset to bring peace, stillness and self-acceptance.
Each week we meet for a nourishing hour, take this time to give back to yourself, to heal, connect and let go.
We will practise guided, mantra, chanting and movement meditations designed to open the heart and ground you, to bring peace and harmony within.
This journey will be experienced within a safe and sacred circle, with others like you who are looking for self love. Our circles will be a sanctuary of non judgement and compassion.
To help you continue a daily practise, there is weekly suggested home activities, support between sessions, tips & encouragement.
