Join Debra for this 6-week Yin yoga course, suitable for beginners and for those who are currently practising yoga or enjoy a gym-based workout.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced and meditative style of yoga that emphasises holding poses for longer periods of time, typically between 3 to 5 minutes or even up to 20 minutes. The focus is on stretching the connective tissues in the body, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia, rather than targeting the muscles like other forms of yoga.

The practice of Yin Yoga is based on the concept of yin and yang, which represent opposing energies in the body.
Yin represents the stable and grounding aspects, while yang represents the active and dynamic aspects.
IMPORTANT: There will be a 2-week break on 21st and 28th January, meaning that the course will end on Tuesday, 25th February.
